Before you pay a web design agency in Dubai anything at all, you need answers to five key questions. These are not technical questions. They are business questions. They protect you and make sure the agency understands what you want.
1. Do you agree on what I am paying for?
Ask the agency to write down exactly what they will build. Do not say "a website". Be specific. Will it have a contact form? How many product pages? Will it work on mobile phones? Will it be in English, Arabic, or both languages?

Ask the agency: what happens if you ask for extra pages or features after we start? Will that cost more? Most agencies will say yes. That is normal. Know the answer before you pay.
2. How much will it cost in total?
Ask for a final price. Not a "starting price" or "from AED X". A real number. If they cannot give you one, ask why. Usually it is because they do not yet understand your full project.
For simple projects, pricing is easy. A landing page is straightforward. A full business website with 10 pages, a blog, and a contact form costs more than a landing page. An online store costs more again because it needs payment processing and inventory tools.

Know the payment terms too. Most agencies ask for some money upfront and the rest when the work is done. Shapes Infinity asks for 30 percent to start and 70 percent when the website is finished and live. That is a fair split. Be cautious of agencies that ask for all the money upfront.
3. When will it be ready?
Ask for a finish date. Again, in writing. Not "maybe three weeks". A real date.
Some projects are fast. A simple landing page can be built in about one week. A full website or web application usually takes two to four weeks. A mobile app takes longer. The timeline depends on how complex your project is and how quickly you give feedback.
Ask: what happens if I ask for changes? Does that delay the deadline? What if the agency gets busy or makes a mistake — do I still pay on the original date, or does the deadline move?
4. What happens after launch?
Your website will have bugs sometimes. Not big ones, usually. A form that does not send emails. A broken link. A page that looks odd on some phones.
Ask: does the agency fix these for free? For how long? Shapes Infinity includes one year of free bug-fix support after your website goes live. After that year, you pay if you want us to make changes. That is honest and clear.
Also ask: who hosts my website and who pays for hosting? These are different from the design cost. Hosting is usually AED 20 to AED 100 per month depending on how much traffic you get. The agency may provide it or you may handle it yourself.
5. Can you build it in my language?
If you need your website in Arabic, English, or both, ask if the agency can do it properly. This is not just translation. Arabic reads from right to left. The whole design changes. Buttons move. Menus flip. Images might need to be different.

Before you sign
Good agencies welcome these questions. They expect them. If an agency gets annoyed or vague, that is a warning sign.
Read the contract. Do not just skim it. If something confuses you, ask. Make sure the scope, timeline, and price you discussed are actually written in the contract.
