Privacy policy

Last updated 2026. Shapes Infinity ("we", "the company") is a web design and development company based in Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what happens to information you share through this website.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. When you use the WhatsApp link, the contact form, the quote tool, or the AI chat assistant, we receive what you choose to send — your name, phone number, email address and what you are asking about. We use it only to reply to you and scope your project.
• Instant-quote selections. The quote builds itself in your browser. When you press Send to WhatsApp or Download PDF, the choices you made and the total are sent to us together with your contact details, so that we can reply to you about them.
• A confirmation email. If you give us an email address, we may send you one message confirming what you asked for — your quote, or a note that we have your details. It comes from our sales address, and if it carries a quote it includes a private link that shows that quote — anyone holding the link can open it, so treat it as you would the quote itself. That confirmation is the only automatic message there is: no newsletter, no mailing list, and nothing else unless you write back or we are replying to you.
• Basic analytics. Our hosting provider records standard, aggregated request data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to keep the site fast and secure. This is not used to identify you personally.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, we do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we do not ask for payment or financial details anywhere on this site.

The AI assistant

The on-site assistant answers questions about the company. Your messages are processed to generate a reply and are not used to build a profile of you. If you ask to be called and give your details in the chat, they are filed as an enquiry so we can get back to you — exactly as if you had used the contact form. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information through the chat.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, message us on WhatsApp or email Emailsales@shapesinfinity.tech.
