TapKue is an NFC card for your counter: one tap opens your Google review page, menu, contact card or booking page. It is made for shops, cafes, restaurants, clinics and salons across the UAE. You pay once for the card, and the dashboard is free for life.
TapKue is the size of a bank card, with an NFC chip inside and a QR code printed on the face. It stands in a clear acrylic stand by the till or on the table, printed with its purpose so customers know what it does before they tap.
Each card opens one page, and its face says which. Mix them in a pack: a review card at the till, a menu card on the tables, a booking card at the door.
Opens your Google review page already on the stars, while the customer is still at the counter and still happy.
Opens your menu on the customer's own phone. When the menu changes, change the link; the card on the table stays.
Opens your contact card or a WhatsApp chat, so a customer saves your number or messages you without typing it.
Opens your booking page, so a customer can book the next visit, table or appointment before they leave.
The customer holds their phone to the card and your page opens. There is nothing to download, and nothing for your staff to explain at the till.
Any iPhone from the XS up and any Android phone with NFC reads the card with the screen unlocked.
Nothing to download first. Older phones scan the QR code printed on the face of the card instead.
The chip holds one fixed link to TapKue, and TapKue sends each tap on to the page you chose.
Point a card somewhere new from the dashboard whenever you like. The card itself never changes.
Every card comes as a kit: the card, a clear acrylic counter stand and a box. It arrives programmed with your page, so it works the day it lands. Prices are on tapkue.com/pricing.
Each card ships with its own acrylic stand, in a box. Put it in the stand and tap it once with your own phone to see it work.
Mix any of the four cards in one pack; every card still gets its own stand, and the pack ships in one box. Each card has its own destination in the dashboard, so one pack can cover several branches.
Two to three days to the other emirates, and the same day in Dubai for orders placed before 2pm. Pay by card, cash on delivery or bank transfer.
Most customers who like a place never review it. Asking means sending a link, searching for the name or typing it, and the moment passes before anyone gets there.
A tap at the till, while the customer is still happy, is when reviews happen. The card asks at that moment, every time, without your staff having to.
Google asks businesses not to pay for reviews and not to pick who they ask. A card on the counter asks every customer the same way.
Recent reviews help lift a place in Google Maps, and a card keeps new ones coming. It cannot guarantee a ranking, and we never say it can.
TapKue is our own product. The developers who build websites, apps and AI tools for our clients built all of it: the link in each chip, the forwarding, and the dashboard where you change a card's page. If your business needs software of its own, see everything we build or read about the company.
What shop, cafe and clinic owners ask before ordering. Anything else, email hello@tapkue.com.
No, your customers do not need an app: they hold their phone to the card and your page opens. Any iPhone from the XS up and any Android phone with NFC reads the card with the screen unlocked. Older phones scan the QR code printed on the face.
Yes, a review card is allowed, because it asks every customer the same way. Google asks businesses not to pay for reviews and not to pick which customers they ask. A card on the counter does neither: it opens your review page for whoever taps it.
Yes, you can change a card's destination at any time from the dashboard, and the card itself never changes. The chip holds a fixed link to TapKue, which forwards each tap to the page you choose. A new menu or a new booking page needs no new card.
No, there is no monthly fee: you pay once for the card, and the dashboard is free for life. There is no subscription and no charge per tap. Current prices for single cards and packs are at tapkue.com/pricing.
Each card comes as a kit: the card, a clear acrylic counter stand and a box. Packs of 3, 5 or 10 can mix any of the four cards, every card gets its own stand, and a pack ships in one box. Each card has its own destination, so one pack can serve several branches.
Delivery takes two days in Dubai and two to three days in the other emirates, and TapKue delivers to all seven. Dubai orders placed before 2pm arrive the same day. You can pay by card, cash on delivery or bank transfer, and a card that stops working within seven days of delivery is replaced.
There is almost nothing to set up: you order, send your Google review link or just your business name, and the card arrives programmed. If you send only the name, TapKue finds the link for you. Put the card in its stand and tap it once with your own phone to see it work.
