What's the difference between UI and UX design?
UX design is how a product works and UI design is how it looks. UX covers the flows and structure that make it easy to use; UI covers the layout, type, colour and components on screen. We do both together, because a screen that confuses people and one that looks unfinished both cost you customers.
Do you design interfaces in Arabic as well as English?
Yes, we design in Arabic and English, and plan the right-to-left Arabic layout from the first wireframe rather than adding it later. Type is chosen for each language, so the Arabic screens read as naturally as the English ones. If your content is English only, we write or translate the Arabic in-house.
Do you design mobile app interfaces as well as websites?
Yes, and every app we build includes its UI/UX design. You approve the screens and flows before any code is written, so what you sign off is what ships to the stores. Our mobile app development service covers the build, backend and store release.
Do you build the interface, or only design it?
We do both, so you choose: hand our designs to your developers, or have us design and build the interface. For your own team, we deliver a design system and developer-ready files. When we build it too, the designer and the builder are the same person, so nothing gets lost between design and code.
Who owns the design files when the project is done?
You own them once the project is paid in full: the Figma source files, the design system and everything else we made for it. If we build it too, the source code, the repository, the domain and the hosting account are yours as well.
