The real definition

Narrow AI (also called Weak AI) does one specific task. General AI and Super AI are still theoretical. They would do many tasks or surpass humans.

A narrow AI chef makes perfect pizza, nothing else. A general AI chef cooks any meal perfectly. A super AI chef invents new cuisines.

But: Real chefs need training, taste, and creativity. AI does not.
