This guide lists nine web design companies in Dubai and the facts each one states about itself, so you can build a shortlist quickly. We wrote it. We are Shapes Infinity, a web design company in Dubai, and we are one of the nine. That is why we compare on facts only: no scores, no rankings and no prices.
Every fact below comes from the company's own website or its Clutch profile, with the link beside it, so you can check it yourself. The companies are listed A to Z, not in order of preference. Websites change, so if a fact here is out of date, message us and we will correct it.
How to compare web design companies in Dubai
Ask every company on your shortlist the same eight questions, and get the answers in writing before you pay anything.
- Timeline in writing. When will the site go live, and is that date in the proposal?
- Who owns the code and the domain. Is the domain registered in your name, and do you receive the code and design files at the end?
- Arabic support. Is the Arabic written by people, and does the layout read properly from right to left?
- Admin panel. Can you change text, photos and pages yourself after launch, without paying for each edit?
- What is included. Hosting, SSL, content, SEO set-up, bug fixes after launch: which are in the price and which cost extra?
- Payment terms. How much is due before work starts, and how much on completion?
- Fixed price or estimate. Is the figure fixed for an agreed scope, or an estimate that can grow?
- Examples of live sites. Can you open three websites they built, on your phone, today?
A clear answer to all eight is a good sign, whoever gives it. For a longer list, see the 12 questions to ask a web design company.

How to use this list
- Shortlist three. Pick the companies whose stated work is closest to yours. A hotel group, a government supplier and a small trading company need different things.
- Send the same brief to each. Say what your business does, what the website must achieve and when you need it, then add the eight questions above.
- Open their live sites on your phone. Check speed, the Arabic version and whether the contact button works.
- Compare the written answers side by side. Put timeline, ownership, what is included and payment terms in one table, and decide on that.
- Check the facts yourself. Every link above goes to the company's own page, and pages change.
